The Nordic-Cross-Trainer: two ergonomically-shaped poles with armrests for the forearms, and wheels. Situated between the armrests and the pole, the elastic expanders can be adjusted in such a way that the muscles are pre-tensed throughout the entire workout.
As the athlete presses down on the armrests down when moving forwards, they must use additional force. The wheels move freely forwards but lock if any backwards motion is made. The body is permanently grounded via three points. As the poles are guided in parallel, additional stimuli are provided for the athlete’s coordination.
